RETURN POLICY
Items are accepted for credit or exchange in the U.S. if:
(i) The items are returned within 30 days of the date the items are shipped.
(ii) The items are in their original, unworn condition and packaging and accompanied by all original documentation.
(iii) The items are accompanied by a sales receipt or invoice.
Please do not send us articles that do not meet the return criteria listed above, as we do not issue refunds for non-qualifying items. Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
Due to their personalized nature, the following orders are nonreturnable: items that have been modified, engraved, or resized; items that have previously been exchanged; and custom designed jewelry. If you have a special request for a later delivery date, our 30 day return/exchange period begins on the date that your order was first available to ship.
To Return an Item:
If you would like to return any item that you purchased from RBJ for a refund/exchange and the item that you would like to return meets the criteria set forth in this return policy, please email us at info@rbjonline.com. In your email, please reference your order number, the item you are returning and describe the reason for the return.
To return any item meeting the criteria for returns set forth above, please send the package using the carrier identified on the Return Label with insurance. If you are using the box or package that your item originally arrived in, please remember to cover/remove all original shipping labels on such box or package. Any returns showing signs of wear or those that have been engraved, altered, resized, or damaged in any way will not be accepted for return. Improperly packaged or uninsured items will be refused receipt.
After we receive an item for return or exchange, we will carefully inspect the item and verify its condition and whether the item qualifies for a return or exchange. Returns take approximately seven business days to process upon receipt of the item. If you are requesting a refund, RBJ will refund the original purchase amount of the item via the mode of payment used in the original purchase, less the return shipping fees (unless the reason for the return is our error or the item was received damaged or defective), provided, however, that items paid for by bank wire will be refunded by check. For all credit card refunds, please allow one monthly billing cycle in order for your credit to appear.
Unless the item for which you are requesting a refund or exchange was received damaged or defective, you will be responsible for the cost to return the item to RBJ for refund or exchange. If you receive an item in a damaged or defective condition, please immediately notify RBJ by sending us an email at info@rbjonline.com advising us of the damage or defect.
